A: Yes we do. We can keep your credit card on file, or invoice you with an online payment option.
Q: Are you licensed and insured?
A: Yes, we have our applicators license in the state of Mn for fertilizer (#20201483), and 2 in turf and ornamentals (#20201485). We also have liability coverage for personal injury, property damage, and workers compensation.
Q: Is the mosquito/tick control product you use safe & natural as you claim?
A: Absolutely! Our product is 25b except, which means the EPA has determined the product pose little to no risk to human health or the environment. Our product is also used by some of the largest eco-friendly lawn care companies in the United States.
Q: I just need a fast quote; can you provide me that based on online pictures?
A: We cannot, and here is why. In our experience there is just no way to see the small details in an online pic that could potentially affect the cost. Things like steep hills, fences, or recent changes on the property may not show up. Viewing the site in person ensures you as the customer get an accurate price, with no surprises down the road.

Q: Do I have to sign a contract?
A: Unlike most companies, we do not require residential clients to sign a lawn maintenance contract. We believe that doing what we say, treating people right, and providing great service will be enough incentive to build a great working relationship with our clients. We do however require a contract to be signed on any job over $1200, or with any commercial clients.
